Abul Khair, popularly known as Litu, graduated from Dhaka University in 1972. An entrepreneur and industrialist, he started his business in the early seventies. He is the Chairman of Bengal Group. Khair was the president of Abohoni Sporting Club from 1982-87. He and his partners set up the first private bank in Bangladesh, the AB Bank, in 1981. An art aficionado, he has the country's largest private collection of paintings.

Syed Shamsul Huq is a poet, playwright and novelist who has won many of the major awards in Bangladesh including the Ekushy Podok and the Shadhinota Podok.

Executive Director

Nawshin Khair is a fashion designer and owns 'Paera'. A graduate of Richmond University, London, she heads the operations of Bengal Group's publication wing, ICE Media Ltd., record label, Bengal Music and is also the MD of Bengal Art Lounge.

Managing Editor

Nobonita Chowdhury began her career as a Sub Editor at the newsroom of the Daily Bhorer Kagoj in 1998. She had travelled extensively to the remotest parts of the country as a researcher for Ekushey Television, the only private terrestrial TV channel in the history of Bangladesh. After a short stint in Social Communication with Bitopi Advertising Ltd., she moved to London to work as a producer and Broadcast Journalist for the BBC World Service Radio. Nobonita is a Law Graduate from Dhaka University and did her MA in Human Rights Law at the School of Oriental and African Studies ( SOAS) , University of London.

Associate Editor

Syeda Samara Mortada graduated in English from East West University, Dhaka and did her MA in Women's Studies from University of York, UK. She started as a contributor in ICE Today in the year 2006, and then gradually became the Assistant Editor. After completing her MA, she worked at BRAC University as the Head of Writing Centre and as a lecturer in the English Department, after which she joined ICE Today yet again as the Associate Editor.

Fashion Editor

Goutom Saha is a fashion designer and owns Panam-Tales of Fashion. He has also choreographed many fashion shows across the country.
